TELL ME ABOUT THE MATERIAL AND THREAD COUNT.
Colette Jaffe linens are made from 100% Egyptian cotton. Thread count? You’ll love the way they feel and that’s the only thing that counts. For more detail, see product descriptions.

CAN I WASH MY LINENS AT HOME?
We recommend it. But if you choose to use a dry cleaner, have them laundered (NOT dry-cleaned) and hand-pressed to preserve the beauty of the embroidery.

WHAT'S THE RIGHT WAY TO WASH?
Wash your linens in warm water using mild detergent. DO NOT use bleach or whiteners. Be careful not to over-dry your linens. Hot mitts are best used in the kitchen.

WHAT ABOUT SHRINKING?
Shrinking occurs with any item made from natural fibers, such as cotton. Our items are made to allow for 2-10% shrinkage provided they are laundered according to the instructions above.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want you to be well rested. So you are free to return or exchange your purchase within 30 days for a full refund (minus the shipping and handling). There are no rules in the bedroom, but there is some fine print: Returns must be unused, unlaundered, in good condition and in the original Colette Jaffe packaging with labels and hang tags. Sale items may not be returned.

ALRIGHT, HOW SHOULD I DO MY RETURN?
Please email contact@colettejaffe.com with 1) your order number, 2) a list of items you wish to return or exchange, and 3) the reason for your return or exchange. Upon receipt, we will email you an Authorization Code. Please mail all return items to the following address, postage pre-paid and insured, and include your Authorization Code and original purchase receipt.

Once received, we will credit the original credit card and/or send out your exchanged merchandise. Please note, it may take 48-72 hours for the credit to appear on your statement.

MAY I RETURN A GIFT?
Yes, we won’t tell if you don’t.If the item was purchased through colettejaffe.com and is in the original packaging in saleable condition, you may return it within 30 days of the ship date. DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
Only when we have to. Colettejaffe.com is required by law to charge the appropriate sales tax on orders shipped within Minnesota.

WHERE CAN I SEE MY RECENT ORDERS?
Log in at contact@colettejaffe.com with your email and password to see your orders and their status. You will also receive an email confirmation of your order and a notification when the order has shipped, including a tracking number you can use to track the shipment on FedEx.com.

WHAT'S YOUR SHIPPING POLICY IN THE U.S.?
Orders over $3,000.00 receive complimentary standard ground shipping. Shipping costs for orders under $3,000.00 are calculated based on order value. Orders received by 11am CST Monday through Friday are shipped the same day. Orders received after 11am CST, on weekends and on holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day. We use FedEX ground service, but 2nd Day and Expedited services are available upon request. Just ask. You’ll see the shipping charges in your cart before you check out.

WHERE DO I FIND COLETTE JAFFE?
I’m usually found in Minneapolis, but occasionally in Tuscany, New York or Chicago. You’ll find my entire collection at MartinPatrick 3 in the North Loop neighborhood in downtown Minneapolis. Visiting the store and want to talk to me? Just ask. Nothing would make me happier than to learn about “your” favorite color.
